plasma cutting machine working principle and cutting range

 

Plasma cutting machine with compressed air as the working gas, plasma arc of high temperature and high speed as the heat source, will be cutting of the metal local melting (and evaporation), and at the same time high-speed airflow will have metal melting blown away, forming a narrow slit. Plasma cutting machine can be used for stainless steel, aluminum, copper, cast iron, carbon steel and other metal materials cutting. Plasma cutting machine is not only cutting speed, cutting narrow, notch formation, heat affected zone is small, low deformation of the workpiece, easy operation, but also has significant energy saving effect. Plasma cutting machine is suitable for all kinds of machinery, metal structure manufacture, installation and repair work in thin sheet cutting, opening, patching, open groove cutting.

 

(1) cutting current of plasma cutting machine

 

The current is related to the material and thickness of the cut piece, and the cutting current increases with the increase of the thickness of the cut piece.

 

(2) cutting speed

 

Cutting speed depends on the material thickness, cutting current. Cutting speed is a serious impact on the quality of the incision, the speed is too fast, plasma arc to melt metal.

 

(3) nozzle height

(4) working gas
